Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Retique It! We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all components, such as accessories or manuals.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Procedure
  1. Log In to Your Account – To initiate a return, please log into your account on retique.com.
  2. Request a Return – After logging in, you may request a return directly through the platform.
  3. Approval Process – Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges & Return Shipping
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the product you need. Once your new order is completed, log into your account to request a return for the original item, and be sure to include your new order number in the return request. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you for the exchange. You will have 14 days from receiving the return label to send the original item back for a refund. After that period, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • If you do not wish to exchange the item, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email service@retiqueit.net with your original order number and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s). Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items
  • Digital products, such as The Ultimate Guide to Wood Graining video course
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Additional Notes
  • All returns are subject to final approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
