Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Retique It! We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all components, such as accessories or manuals.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Procedure
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email service@RetiqueIt.net.
  2. Approval Process: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Exchanges
  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to defect, incorrect shipment, or preference for a different product:
    • Place a new order for the desired item.
    • Email the new order number to service@RetiqueIt.net, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the original item.
    • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email service@RetiqueIt.net with photos of the item and packaging to expedite the return or exchange process.

Return Conditions
  • The kit and all contents must be unused and returned with all original packaging materials.
  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • If you believe your kit was incomplete or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exceptions
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance items
    • Final sale items
    • Digital products, such as The Ultimate Guide to Wood Graining video course
  • For specific concerns about an item, please contact service@RetiqueIt.net.

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received it by then, feel free to reach out to us at service@RetiqueIt.net.

Additional Notes
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our final approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
